Selection Criteria for the Titan Club

Sparklehood.org is specifically designed for senior executives. We live with the mission to empower 1 Million future Leaders. We focus on depth & not number of interactions & engagements. The endeavor is to ensure that members get support from true peers.

Every applicant is vetted to ensure their addition adds to community’s “Knowledge Worth” & “Diversity”. A range of factors determine your eligibility, including the load of applications.

While we leverage the criteria for The Titan Club, we review every application on an individual basis to determine fit. If the accomplishments are impressive but the applicant does not make it, they can still be considered for The Polo Club.
